Cocktails and Fire Dancers

Ella and Steve were married in late summer 2016. On the big day the weather was showery so the couple opted to have their ceremony indoors in the Wedding Barn which was beautifully decorated with flowers garlands, bunting and fairy lights. Everyone managed to be outside for at least part of the day for pictures and even lawn games. The ceremony was beautiful with lots of emotion. A guitarist played during the nuptials which really added to the atmosphere. Food was a major part of the day with canapés served after the ceremony followed by a 3 course meal. For a really quirky and personal touch the bride and groom designed their own cocktails for the day “Ella’s Tipple” and “Steve’s Grog”. There were 2 cakes for guests to enjoy; one naked sponge dripping with cream and fresh berries and one “cake of cheese” made of stacks of local cheeses served with all the perfect accompaniments. For the evening do there was a live band which were very well received with plenty of people on the dancefloor. After dark there was a thrilling surprise for guests when fire dancers arrived and put on a spectacular show.
