Setting the scene

If you have worked with us previously at The Green, welcome back!  If you’re new to our venue, we’re looking forward to getting to know you, your wedding services and the magic you can bring to our couples.

Co-operation and teamwork are key to the success of any event and we want everything at The Green to be tip top.  So on this page you’ll find guidelines to help you plan and deliver your own services whilst complementing the care we have put into making The Green a truly special place.

As a busy venue, we are unable to arrange individual supplier familiarisation visits.  However, each couple will be invited to a Taster Day when you can join them to scope out the site and make plans as well as occasional refresher visits.  If the dates don’t work for you, then you’ll find the link to our virtual tours is invaluable.

If delivering and setting up you will need to use the rear entrance, past the main car park and follow signs for Deliveries.

If you are providing a service then please use the Overflow car park past the main car park on the left.

On arrival, please make yourself known to the Event Manager who will be your point of contact throughout the day.  They will liaise with you over arrangements so that everyone can get the very best from the event.

The Wedding meal is served in the Red Brick Barn, airy, light and atmospheric for up to 140 guests.

After a quick change of scene it’s back to the Red Brick Barn for the evening festivities.

Public Liability Insurance

All Suppliers  providing services at The Green must have valid PLI.  Insurance must be current on the date of the wedding so if yours expires before this date, please only submit details after renewal.  If you haven’t already arranged yours it’s quick to do, provides peace of mind and available for a nominal cost.
