“We hired ‘The Green’, all cottages & the farmhouse, for our daughter’s wedding for the whole weekend of 1st November 2014. We had a lovely weekend with all of our relatives being able to stay in the beautiful, well equipped cottages and Farmhouse. The staff were very helpful and always available if we needed them.
The Wedding Ceremony took place in the ‘Barn’, decorated tastefully, even with fresh bales of straw for the Bridesmaids to sit on !
‘The Green’ proved to be an ideal venue for a ‘rustic’ style wedding. ( And it stayed dry for us ! )
The Wedding meal & reception was in the ‘Green’ room, with ample space for our guests – 60 for the meal & over 100 for the evening reception.The room was looking spectacular, with beautifully decorated tables and suitable lighting. The food, professionally prepared on the premises by ‘The Haycart’, was excellent.
So, ‘The Green’ is highly recommended for a comfortable, warm and quiet stay in the spectacular Cornish countryside ! It’s also a superb venue for a Wedding, with loads of accommodation available in the Cottages & Farmhouse.”
