Megan and Joe’s Wedding Bash at The Green Cornwall
So, imagine this: 31 March and 1st April, 2024, and the atmosphere? Well, it was a blend of anticipation and excitement. Inside the barns at The Green Cornwall, Megan and Joe were absorbed in soaking up the love and good vibes with their crew during their two-night Sunday to Tuesday stay.
The evening before the wedding everyone enjoyed street food in the Green Room Bar – such a lovely chilled out get together before the Big Day.
On the wedding morning, over in Preen at The Green, Megan and her girls were getting pampered in style. In a cute little shepherd’s hut-turned-salon, they laughed, gossiped, and got their glam on, all while sipping bubbly and soaking in the pre-wedding vibes. Meanwhile, Joe and his squad were enjoying a pint in the bar, and getting over the last minute nerves.
With a bit of drizzle outside, Megan and Joe decided to roll with it. They said their “I do’s” in the Wedding Barn surrounded by their closest friends and family, and honestly, the rain just added to the cosy vibes of the whole shebang.
After sealing the deal, it was time for some cute couple pics in the courtyard and Really Rustic Barn. Against the backdrop of old stone walls and greenery, Megan and Joe looked totally adorable and totally in love.
As guests mingled in the Green Room Bar after the ceremony, they nibbled on mini scones with jam and cream (jam first!) – because you can’t have a proper Cornish wedding without ’em! Each bite was a little taste of heaven, a perfect warm-up for the feast to come.
The wedding meal, served in the charming Red Brock Barn, was delicious, hearty, and just what the doctor ordered after a day of celebrating love.
From the arrival meal to the late-night dance party, Megan and Joe’s wedding weekend was a blast from start to finish. Rain or shine, it’s a weekend they’ll never forget – a weekend filled with love, laughter, and the laid-back charm of The Green Cornwall.
