Festival Fun Wedding

Jenny and Paul’s wedding day was super cool and oozing with relaxed festival and party vibes. They wanted a chilled out day that focused on the importance of family and friends and left traditions at the door. Bucking convention Jenny and Paul had a private ‘first look’ photo shoot in the grounds before the ceremony, which as you can see from the pictures was a very romantic and emotional moment for the couple.

The Cornish weather was a little mixed on their day so Jenny and Paul opted for a late afternoon indoor ceremony in our beautiful barn which had been stunningly adorned with the most gorgeous floral hanging heart, bunting and fairy lights. Jenny had DIY-ed the centre pieces for her tables collecting Bombay Sapphire bottles and filling them with fairy lights. Their tables were named after various festivals they had been to with their friends present at the wedding and Jenny made using an app on her IPhone.

For Jenny and Paul it was all about having fun with their family and friends, so they left out a rigid colour scheme, cutting a wedding cake (they had a huge table of cupcakes for everyone to dig in and enjoy instead) and anything too formal. They just wanted a laid-back party in the countryside.

A huge thank you to Jenny and Paul for sharing their stunning wedding pictures and a big thanks to Amber from Liberty Pearl Photography for taking them https://libertypearlphotography.com
