Venue Viewing Day
Thank you to everyone who came to our venue viewing day. The Green looked absolutely spectacular. Luckily, the Cornish weather was on our side as we had one of the warmest days of the year. Over 80 guests attended our venue viewing day taking the opportunity to explore the grounds and wedding venue as well as to talk to our wonderful team.
In the pictures, you can see Kiera and Moira going over the last points before our visitors arrived. We also opened the patio doors of our Red Brick Barn so that everyone was able to enjoy our breath-taking views.

Landscaping at The Green
Over the last few weeks, the team have been working hard on the grounds to tidy and landscape. We’ve planted quite a few new shrubs and flowers and it’s looking a picture! We’ve also planted a gorgeous magnolia tree which we believe will become a great feature in time. We found a spot for it just outside our Wedding Barn. It will look absolutely fabulous in Spring when its flowers are in full bloom making it the ideal backdrop for some lovely photographs.
Street Food Menu
Our new Street Food Menu is proving very popular as an option for your first evening at The Green. It strikes just the right balance between relaxed and plentiful and its lip-smacklingly delicious!
Think Mexican Spiced Pork Tacos with Lime & Chilli Slaw and Spiced Bean & Avocado Burritos …. how can you resist?
The night before your wedding is the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends and family and chill a little whilst enjoying The Green’s stunning setting with some great food and drinks from the bar.
If Street Food’s not your thing, then you might be tempted by our Pizza & Pasta menu or maybe a BBQ is your favourite choice.
Bunting or Greenery?
Our wedding barn is a lovely place to get married.
Over the years, we’ve been decorating it with bunting and personal touches from our brides and grooms. In recent months, we’ve replaced the bunting with greenery. Below you can see examples of both.
Couples are loving the new foliage look but if you prefer the festival feel, bunting is still an option with our Green Touches.
