To arrange for your item to be collected from our venue and returned to you, you can use the link below which will provide you with a quote based on your item so that you can then purchase a pre-paid label.
How to create your shipping label
1 . Enter your item’s weight, size and the insurance cover based on your item’s value and the shipping method you would like to use. (If you are unable to estimate the rough weight and size of your item then please let the team know and we can assist with this.)
2. Then choose from the list provided on the quote, your preferred courier option.
3. It will then ask you for the collection address, which is as follows:
(Please note: all collections must be made between 9am and 5pm Mon- Fri to ensure a member of the team is available to package up your parcel for collection, with a minimum of 24 hours notice.)
4. You will then be asked to complete a few additional questions based on your item and its contents and take you to make payment for your shipping label.
5. Once you have made the payment for your shipping label, please email this back to us with reference to the lost property item and when you have arranged for collection, so we can package it up for you.
Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange a courier to collect the item, in which case we would need to agree an appropriate time so as not to conflict with any weddings taking place.
Unfortunately, we only hold lost property items for a maximum of 3 months due to the frequency that items are left and unclaimed. If you have decided not to arrange for collection of your item and wish us to donate your item to charity in advance, then please let us know.
