2. Restart your computer and internet router.
3. Clear your browser's "browsing history", including cookies and cache.
4. Try a different browser. Chrome and Firefox are best. Edge and Safari are good too. If you are using a version of Microsoft Explorer that is older than IE11 you may have problems and you version will not be supported by Microsoft.
5. If you are using wireless wifi, try connecting to your router via a cable
6. If you can't hear the sound then please make sure that your speakers are turned on with the volume up. Try listening to something else to check your speakers
